Refund policy
We want you to love your Térapy Tea experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item(s) or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
